Can my chatbot use Explorium on its own?

Yes — connecting it adds 2 new blocks to the chatbot builder: Enrich Person, Enrich Company. Drag one into any flow and the bot can read from and write to Explorium mid-conversation, with no code and no webhook plumbing.

Which plan includes the Explorium integration?

Growth and above. Integrations are also controlled per team member, so you can let an agent see Explorium data beside a chat without letting them create or change records in it. You can disconnect at any time from one screen, and nothing is retained after you do.

Will it create duplicate records in my CRM?

No. Contacts are matched on phone number first, so a customer who already exists is updated rather than duplicated. Where a match is ambiguous you get a flag to review instead of a silent merge — merging two people who are not the same person is far worse than briefly holding two records.
